Very helpful as well as educational in seeking help for an extremely painful Candida overgrowth in foot and let. My doctor would not look at the book and would only give me an oral fungal prescription if I accepted the antibiotic with it which negates both. That is what happened and fortunately, I had ordered all recommended products from Amazon that are for treating the horrific, painful condition: PauDarco, Grapefruit Seed extract, Candida Support Complex and Mollybedum. I also purchased four more books by very credible authors with their contributing recipes. I wanted consensus for all available, current information and I found the four books here on Amazon. I never want to again suffer the horror of the condition that now, after being scripted with oral medicine by the doctor twice (total of 15 days) without any results, I now can witness some progress every day for these two weeks since the prescriptions. So thankful for Amazon when ill, as I can find what I need without driving everywhere looking for what I need.

The jury wouldn't trust him, and neither in jail when there he had 4 severe attacks.As a side remark. Often I personally have some strange stomach problems which newer happened to me before I from Denmark mowed to Thailand. And I recall how last year I in the Danish news then read that for example in Denmark prawns from Thailand are not allowed, because in Thailand for them there are used pesticides. And daily my wife likes to eat prawns, so thereby we are having a double problem by both antibiotic and pesticides.
This book is old school most know that grains are a no no and that's what his diet entails. Sure you may feel better at first but as soon as you eat anything sweet, candida comes right back!
I was recently diagnosed with chronic fatigue and immune deficiency. Before that and before I was directed to take probiotics, I would have probably pooh-poohed a lot of what is in this book. Now, I say AMEN! The author makes complete sense and uses research to back up what he states. I've seen the difference treatment has made in my own life and would recommend taking this book to your doctor after reading it if you think you are suffering from these symptoms, as well.

I know the American diet is pure trash and this helped answer some of my questions. This book and others like it will help you too if you need info on the effects fungus in the body.

Being a healthcare professional I was suprised that this information was not included at some point in my education. I have seen the treatments advised here work on patients and have used them myself. This is not the answer to everyone's problems however when all other tests have come back with normal values then systemic yeast sensitivity/infection should be considered. I am grateful to the physician who introduced this book to me.
I came across a review for a moisturizer that mentioned Candida Albicans and started researching it. Amazing no doctor has ever mentioned this and I have not heard of it elsewhere. It is definitely what has been affecting me for years! This is a good book to get you more info than the web. They go through every supplement option as well as prescriptions. I am choosing the natural route due to cost and the fact that prescriptions that kill Candida seem to cause a dependency (have to be taken for years and once you stop it comes right back). Changing your diet is a must! Also, look into if you have low stomach acid as well- found I did as a result of the Candida issue. Address that with Betaine HCL with Pepsin. Hope this info helps someone like it did me!
